SearchMyLoan.com allies with Flagstar. The bank's lending products are now available through the loan search and pricing service.

SearchMyLoan.com (SML), a provider of loan search and pricing services for the mortgage industry, has entered into an agreement with Troy, Mich.-based Flagstar Bank, a national mortgage wholesale lender. The companies will provide an exchange of rates, pricing and loan program information to the users of SearchMyLoan.com pricing engine.

Through the partnership, Flagstar Bank's loans can be identified using SML's Enterprise platform, a loan pricing and decisioning system. Inclusion on the platform means users can access a number of Flagstar loan products and tap into a wider variety of products.

"Our partnership with SearchMyLoan.com is beneficial in that it will provide SearchMyLoan.com users with a wider array of products and options for their borrowers as well as expose Flagstar Bank to customers it may not have reached through conventional means," said Charlie Johnson, vice president of the National Technology Consulting Team of Flagstar Bank. SearchMyLoan.com's Enterprise platform is a search engine providing search and pricing for every loan type, such as A- paper, Alt-A and subprime.
